Marloth Park is not a 'playground' or Ventura, it is a conservation area
So when you rent our house please take notice of this
speed limit 40km hour tar road , 25 on the dirt road
reduce noise as much as possible like music, or shouting, please be aware that there are animals
also in the evening other animals wake up and don't disturb them in there habitat

No walking after dark in Marloth, use the car

All the animals that come to visit and eat out of your hand was the highlight of our visit. The house in general needs an upgrade ,the mattrases needs to be replaced URGENT. The rest of the house--too full to many items standing around. I would suggest an interior decorater be used to assist to get rid of all the unwanted stuff. Curtens very dirty and dusty .The Boma and braai area badly... Read more

Had regular visits from Kudu and Duiker. Huge warthog male also visited and sadly had a gaping hole under one eye where he must have been in a fight - injury didn't seem to bother him though. Bushbabies came out every evening and were surprisingly tame. Only downside was we couldn't use the loft area in evening as it is used as a third bedroom and it would have involved us having to move the... Read more

I loved the wild animals coming early mornings and afternoons looking for something to eat. The cottage - not realy what I expected for the price that you pay.

Loved the bushy feel and the proximity to the Kruger Park. Rustic but well equipped comfy cottage.Needs better facilities for blackouts!
