About Royal Jozini Siqalo Lodge

Royal Jozini Big 6 Estate offers bush breaks and tiger fishing, with half day or full day boat charters available, on the Swaziland side of Lake Jozini. Siqalo Lodge inside the reserve, is a large and dramatic lodge with a high thatched roof, offering guests a communal entertainment area with a bar, swimming pool and boma area located at the main lodge, where guests can also utilise the kitchen. Ideal for couples or small families, guests can sit around a boma fire, braai on the Weber, take a dip in the pool, and crack open a cold beer to watch the sunset. Siqalo Lodge offers two stand-alone chalets, both with a small kitchenette with gas equipment to boil a kettle or fry eggs and bacon. Hippo lodge sleeps two, whilst Warthog Lodge is a family room, sleeping four people (queen and twin beds). Each little bedroom chalet has a shower en suite and a small kitchenette, as well as a private, covered deck. This dramatic lodge is situated on the waterfront and with its vast decks to enjoy the outdoors, is a place from where you can enjoy nature at its best.

The building and facilities are fine. However, we encountered a massive mosquito colony. We saw jackals and warthogs a few times...otherwise the vegetation and terrain is serene and relaxing.

we stayed at the warthog lodge very nice little place. Very clean. staff nice. The Jozini River/dam dried up in the swaziland area so dont take your boats or fishing gear that won't work. The roads are very muddy when raining so 4x4 will work best as we almost got stuck in the mud with a 4×4. we only saw a few animals in the game reserve. but very beautiful place

Very secluded. Perfect place to book out for a family or group of friends - accommodates 10 people in 4 well finished log cabins.
