I've cancelled the reservation the place wasn't suitable for us.Full of mud The road needs a 4×4 car.what we saw on the website is totally different. The lady of the place didn't show that she's concerned about our car safety. We stood beside the road because the drive way wasn't good but she passed by an didn't bother to ask why.when we cancelled she told us you are the people responsible for our money back.

The most outstanding asset is the human factor. The couple, Collet and her husband are friendly and warm to their guests. They get out of their way inquiring if the guests are comfortable and prepared to make adjustments that suit the guests.

Thank you Colette and Gerhard for a lovely stay. Loved the working farm environment as well as Jack and Jess. Very different to the usual B&B experience.

Rocks and Roses was a lovely sight after a long days drive. The home cooked dinner from the farm produce was delicious as was the breakfast. Colette made us feel right at home. We loved it.
