About Rhino Post Safari Lodge - Rhino Walking Safaris

Rhino Post Safari Lodge is set under magnificent Tamboti trees on the banks of the Mutlumuvi Riverbed. The nature of a wilderness area is that there are no permanent structures, so Rhino Post Safari Lodge is built with natural materials – stone, wood, thatch and canvas - to give it an authentic bush feel. Each of the 8 suites are beautifully decorated with the bedroom and lounge area having wonderful views of the riverbed. Following a game drive, guests can relax in the revitalising swimming pool, take in the views from the shaded patio and watch the abundant wildlife amble down to the waterhole for a midday drink. Sumptuous meals are served in the camp’s dining area, which is set under the trees. The lounge, with its extensive wine cellar, cosy fireplace and bar, is the perfect spot for a sundowner.

Safari: Our safaris let you discover nature’s hidden wonders on a game drive in our 12,000 ha private wilderness concession in the Kruger National Park. Noted as an excellent game viewing area and good sightings can be expected.

My wife and I had invited two UK based couples to come with us to Rhino Park.We were all very impressed with the set up the attentiveness of the staff and the expertise of Tiaan the game ranger. To view the Big 5 in two days with exclusive viewing of a pride of lions was memorable.Drunken park staff in around 5 vehicles ruined one of our night drives.
