We are situated on the third level in a very well maintained complex on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, within walking distance of Ramsgate's main Blue Flag beach and the beautiful Dolphin Bay. The apartment boasts beautiful views of the ocean and is a great place from which to watch whales and dolphins while enjoying an early morning breakfast or evening sundowers.
The self-catering apartment sleeps up to six people and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Complex facilities include undercover parking, a communal swimming pool, barbecue facilities and a lapa. In addition, laundromat facilities are available on the third level for guests' convenience.
Beach: Located within walking distance of Ramsgate's main Blue Flag beach. Offers an uninterrupted view of 180 degrees over the sea and rocks right in front of the establishment (less than 200 meters from the sea).Star Graded establishment.
Golf: There are various top class golf courses in the nearby vicinity, all just a few minutes away.

Family friendly: This unit is family friendly. The main swimming beach of Ramsgate is only 8 minutes walk away without having to cross any streets or roads. We offer a communal swimming pool and a lapa in beautiful, well maintained gardens.
Romantic: Extremely romantic due to the big, private patio and superb interior.

In addition to the accommodation rate quoted, all bookings are subject to a once-off admin/cleaning fee of R500 and a refundable breakage/loss deposit of R400. The refundable deposit will be paid back after departure and if everything is in the same condition it was with arrival.
Cancellations one month or more prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit paid. Less than one month: Forfeit total deposit of 50%.

To confirm a booking: A deposit of 50% of quoted price (accommodation, refundable deposit and admin fee included).
On check in tenant must check that everything is accounted for on the inventory list, in a working condition and complies with safety regulations. Anything not in place, dysfunctional or does not comply with general holiday letting safety regulations, must be brought to our attention immediately. - Please contact either agent or owner.
Tenant is liable for all breakages and/or losses.
Be careful with the glass sliding doors (lounge/main bedroom). If closed (pushed closed) from outside on patio, you will not be able not enter apartment. As owner I will not be responsible for this. Tell small children not to do so please. Also control small children from throwing any contents of unit over the patio (specifically my cutlery), pulling ornaments, clothes etc. from tables. Please just keep an eye on toddlers and small children.
Please do not remove the plastic netting on the security gate at the kitchen/entrance, or on the patio. This is an important, safety measure against the possible entrance of snakes in this part of the word. And it has proven to be extremely efficient. Water pressure at times goes down. This happens more so in peak season when water consumption is high. And this happens with all similarly located properties due to the steep elevation against the slopes so close to the sea. Please try not to open all the taps at once in this unit. And please don’t phone either the agent of owner when this may happen. Just be patient for a few minutes. It will go back to normal. Shower more vulnerable to this phenomena.
A minimum mid-week stay of 4 days is required. (Monday to Friday morning). For week-end bookings guests must arrive by 14h00 on a Friday and leave on a Monday by 9h00 in the morning (3 nights minimum week-end stay). If shorter stays are required, tariffs will be 25% higher. Please Note: The keys of Ramsgate Rendezvous nr. 9 must only be received from, and given back to the designated agent or collection and return addresses. These details will be provided once a booking is confirmed with Owner. If not, guests will forfeit the total refundable deposit of R500. No glasses, cutlery, BBQ equipment or any crockery, cooking utensils are allowed to be carried out of this apartment. Nothing at all. Only to be used in Apartment (including the Patio). No crackers/sky rockets to be used on premises - not even over New Year's evening. Trespasses will be prosecuted immediately! No furniture from apartment (inside) to be carried out on Patio, Please. You have loungers with cushions, chairs, with cushions and a big table on patio for the use outside on the patio. Patio doors, all windows should be closed properly before going out (sudden rainfalls/wind storms can damage the unit, if not done accordingly). Also lock the entrance door and padlocks when going out, and at night when going to bed. This is important for your and my security and safety.
