Standard reservations policies:
Please put requests for alternative arrival or departure times in writing.
Provisional Reservations:
Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee a provisional reservation for longer than 48 hours.
Confirmed Reservations:
To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff.
Cheque Payments:
We regret that we do not accept cheques.
Guest number:
Should the number of guests upon arrival at the guesthouses exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly.
Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Pets:
Please note that Raaswater does not allow any pets, but arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
