Booking Information:
You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Primera Hacienda Hotel Boutique in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. There is an external private parking, for an extra fee (can be arranged with the property). This parking facility is located outside of the hotel premise. Renovations: the property will be under renovations between November 24 and December 25, 2019. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 6 years are charged USD 40 per person per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged USD 40 per person per night for extra beds. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
