Pikkie Cottage was an awesome oasis in a dry and windy Saldanha Bay.The room was comfortable and well appointed.Breakfasts around the 'common' table were social and the food always tasty and lovingly prepared by Tilla.

Enjoyed the quiet residential setting. Rooms are adequate and neat. Our hostess, Tilla, is very friendly , hospitable and warm-natured. The breakfasts were varied, wholesome and delicious. The price is a real giveaway - you get real bang for your buck. We befriended the other guests and had great fun. Were rather sad to leave. We recommend Pikkie especially to couples.

Tilla doen regtig baie moeite om dit vir jou so huislik as moontlik te maak.  Die ontbyte is superb!!  Alles is die moeite werd en waarde vir geld.

What a stunning quiet place walking distance from the sea and you walk out of your room in well organised garden. Peaceful. I've been to many guest houses and selfcatering but even it's not far from home it's worthwhile breaking away. Not far from Lanfebaan, Jacobsbaai and Vredenburg and the breakfast was deliciously and more than enough. Last but not least the 2 wonderful owners Leon & Tilla Nell. Tx again

This beautiful unspoilt beach in Jacobs Bay still retains the typical, warm West Coast holiday village feel. The sandy shores are perfect for long walks and the Atlantic waters ideal for water sports and swimming, albeit quite icy.
