Parkhill Luxury Apartment (Morokani building) is a luxuriously self-catering decorated, modern one-bedroom apartment. It is ideally located in the heart of Green Point and is within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, CTICC, gym, promenade, shops and restaurants.The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living area is open-plan and fitted with modern furniture. A flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD palyer is available in the lounge and the dining area seats four. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and is fitted with a stove, an oven and a fridge.

Breakages / Damages & Damage Deposit:
If not paid to the website you booked through, a damage deposit of R 1 500.00 in CASH or a Valid CREDIT...
• We remind you that on staying at Parkhill Luxury Apartment, you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions. Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of this Policy by the Renter.

Breakages / Damages & Damage Deposit:
If not paid to the website you booked through, a damage deposit of R 1 500.00 in CASH or a Valid CREDIT CARD / in print SIGNED is required, on arrival, and will be refunded to you via EFT (if received in cash with a receipt signed). (Refer to departures policy). Please notify us via email of any breakages or damage that you notice within 12 hours of arrival. Any damage or breakage to the property of Parkhill Luxury Apartment, or items lost will be charged at replacement value plus 10%. The breakage deposit amount pay cash will be repaid via EFT within 5 working days following departure. Please do not forget to send us your bank details to info@bellemar.co.za. The in print signed will be destroyed automatically if NO damages is done and everything is paid.
Loss of Keys we will charge the full damage deposit as we will have to change the entrance lock and gate lock and have new keys made.

Arrivals:
You can enter the apartment after 14:00 to 23h00. For Late arrival after 23h00 an extra fee of R 300.00 applies.
* On arrival we will show you around and hand over the keys and explain to you how to use and work of all the equipment in the Apartment.
* Receive payment of the refundable breakage deposit in Cash or via in print from a Valid Credit Card signed R 1 500.00
Departures:
Departure from Parkhill Luxury Apartment must be prior to 10:00 AM (hours) in order to give sufficient time for the cleaning and preparation for the next occupants. For departure after 10:30 AM (hours) an extra fee of R 300.00 applies.
We will come to Parkhill Luxury Apartment on the day and time arranged, in order to:
- Collect the keys to the apartment. If we do not collect the keys, you must leave them in the Mailbox 602 and we will collect them later on.
- Check there have been no breakages and that the apartment is in a good state of order.
- Return of the breakage deposit will take place once the property has been inspected and everything is in a satisfactory condition.

Disclaimer & indemnity:
The amenities and facilities provided by Parkhill Luxury Apartment have been conceived, designed and constructed with enjoyment, recreation and safety in mind. Nevertheless, the owners, management, staff and agents are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause whatever nature, which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is herby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, staff and agents are released from and indemnified against any and all claims of whatever nature.

Internet Wi-Fi, DSTV, Load Shedding, Water cut off (no water provided) and restrictions:
Internet Wi-Fi and DSTV is provided however we are not liable for the speed or if the service provider has a line fault.
In the event of Load Shedding (no electricity is provided) restrictions may be put in place by the City of Cape Town or Municipalities and it will affect (TV, DSTV, internet Wi-Fi), access to gate and all electrical appliances (geyser (no hot water), oven, etc). We are not liable if the electricity is cut off by the service provider in the Apartment.
In the event of Water cut off (no water is provided) & restrictions may be put in place by the City of Cape Town or Municipalities due to the severe drought. In this event we cannot be liable for the supply of water in the Apartment.

Number of occupants & behaviour:
The use of Parkhill Luxury Apartment by a greater number of occupants (2 persons maximum) other than that stated on the booking form, is strictly forbidden. In the case of infringement of this condition, The Owner reserves the right to demand your immediate departure from the apartment and the termination of the contract, without any compensation or refund for this measure being carried out. Remember that you are going to enjoy your stay as part of a residential community, which makes it very important for you to respect the basic rules of neighbourliness which apply in any community. In this sense, and with the intention of respecting neighbours, it is strictly forbidden to make excessive noise after 22.00 PM (hours) until 09:00 AM (hours), (organise parties, loud music, meeting in communal areas, etc.)

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
No children allowed under the age of 15 years old. In the unforeseen circumstances that a child accompanies 2 persons (a day fee will apply).
No smoking allowed inside the Apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the full deposit being withheld.
Cancellation policy: In the event of premature departure, guests will be liable for the total cost of the stay.
