Great location; friendly staff. Enjoyed the outdoors. Double bed had to be replaced long ago. Good overall experience but the sleeping comfort might prevent me from returning.

We stayed at Otterskloof for one night and arrived in a huge rain storm which made the 30km trip on the dirt road rather unpleasant! Unfortunately we found the staff although pleasant untrained, our impression was that this is largely a hunting lodge and they seemed to be working on skeleton staff during this period. The evening meal was certainly overpriced at R195/person! The room was pleasant but we had a shower door which did not close. We certainly felt that this was not a 4 star experience!

I had a perfect stay at Otterskloof. The place was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and comfortable. There were a lot of things for the kids to do and they really enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious! I cant wait to go back again.
