Enjoy being surrounded by Okavango Delta's wildlife in this comfortable and very private self-catering holiday home, located on a sand tongue in the South of the Delta.
The rooms are spacious and furnished with a mix of old wood and African artwork, and there is a well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms have extra length beds, the en-suite bathrooms are open to the bush. The natural water hole in front of the house is a very popular drinking place for elephants, birds and other wildlife, which can be observed from your comfortable veranda chair!
The lodge sleeps four persons and guests have the exclusive use of the lodge. The lodge is eco-friendly and the wooden structure with canvas walls and thatched roof blends in with nature. The two spacious bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom that is open to the bush. Centrally located is the large lounge and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. Hot water and electricity are provided by solar energy. Full-time staff and shopping services are available and game drives in private vehicles are allowed. Other activities can be pre-booked, such as Spa treatments on your own deck, a helicopter scenic flight over the Okavango Delta, a full-day mokoro excursion and a Bushman nature walk and/or dance. Guests staying 2 nights or more receive complimentary coverage with Okavango Air Rescue.
Romantic: The location of Motswiri Lodge offers complete privacy. Your only companions are Okavango's animals. The staff is on call all day and never arrive unannounced. It is ideal for a honeymoon and for your romantic holiday.
