About Old Kendal
Old Kendal is a quintessential family home, situated in the quite area of Diep Rivier, close to the main M3 freeway and on the doorstep of Constantia. The house has modern facilities and ample space for children to play. The house can comfortably sleep a family of four or six if required.
This cosy house is set in a peaceful setting, has three bedrooms and is fully equipped for self-catering. The living room has inviting sofas facing a TV with DStv, and a fireplace. The living area leads onto a dining area with a large wooden dining table with seating for six people. The stylish country-style kitchen with its library of recipe books, includes all modern appliances such as a gas stove, fridge-freezer, a microwave and espresso machine. The separate laundry room has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Step out onto the covered patio area where you will find a dining table for alfresco dining and a large front garden. The front garden has a large lawn, vegetable patch and children’s play set. There is ample secure parking for two cars and the house is serviced twice weekly. Full security is provided with armed response.
Family friendly: The back garden has a large lawn and childrens play set, with a slide and swing.
