This Unit is very Beautiful in side and out, when we arrived everything was clean and in their place, the kids have a spacious play area that keeps them busy the whole day! Aswell as the oceans that is amazing to go sit and relax by while the kids enjoy the waves.Everybody around the unit is friendly and helpful. We as a family enjoy our time every time we go to Oceans 1101 unit 1.

Apartment could be more clean and the freedom to use the facilities would be more appreciated. Beams were activated so no playing on the lawn for my grandchild or going for a swim.

Unit 1 was really quiet and lovely. The garden was amazing and was thoroughly enjoyed by my kidsA few things need to be improved in the unit. plug points/appliances that do not work.Shower head also needs to be replaced.Possible fumigation for the major ant and gecko problem.

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. We had a great time and all the people are very friendly. The caretaker assisted us with whatever we needed. The children had a fun time playing on the grass and the playground. We will definitely visit again.

The main bedroom windows have no latches. there is clear evidence there was attempted break-in because the security at the windows is bent and broken. Did not sleep for the whole weekend .would not recommend the unit to my family and friends.Establishment Response:
