About Ocean Views

Ocean Views is an upmarket newly renovated three bedroom unit offering lovely sea views. The unit has air-conditioning, a large flat screen TV and DStv. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and stove. Linen is provided, but bath and beach towels are excluded. The unit has one modern bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have double beds.

A covered parking bay is allocated to the apartment and parking for visitors is easily arranged with security. The complex is 24-hour access controlled by security guards on duty at the gates. Electric fencing encloses the complex. There is a communal pool and a braai facility in the complex.

Umdloti is seven minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants and other service facilities, namely a petrol station, pharmacy, hardware store, two supermarkets, post office, a medical doctor and a liquor store. Neighbouring Umdloti Beach is a swimming beach. Rock and surf fishing is a popular pastime, so bring along your fishing rods. The La Mercy Beach, Lagoon area offers braai facilities, lapa, and children's play area. Kite surfing at the lagoon is a popular activity.
