Really enjoyed our stay. Our bungalow was very dark during the day - bit like a cave - & the flies were also a real problem. The staff told us the plague of flies was because of the fertiliser used in the vineyards

Loved the clean and beautiful room. Loved the food. Loved the personel. Just sad that when they had no electricity and water there were no plan B and no manager! We had no water and electricity on our day of arrival until the next morning!!!!!

You can put a rubbish bin at every campsite. The noise(voices) from your maintenance quarters during the day is desturbing. We camped.

We've stayed at Norotshama a few times before, but this time the stay was spoilt by the fact that we were accommodated on a building site. We understand that renovations were necessitated, but such should've been communicated to us at time of booking - or a discount offered (at least). Navigating around the building activities, stacks of furniture piled up on the grass, the silence of the area drowned out by the sounds of angle grinders did NOT add to the ambiance at all - if fact it RUINED it completely
