About Ngulane Lodge
Ngulane Lodge is situated in Massinga, in the province of Inhambane in Mozambique. We are situated on a beautiful stretch of beach in this unpopulated area.
The lodge has seven beautiful chalets. The rooms have solar heating for the showers; however there is only generator power from 6 am to 10 pm. All of the rooms have oil lamps for after hours and we burn citronella oil which also helps for mosquitos.
The chalets are not self-catering; instead you have a cook at your disposal that will prepare the food you have brought with you, the way you want it prepared. Sit back and relax while your food gets prepared and your dishes are cleaned for you.
There are shops and markets in Maxixe which is 50 km to the south and in Messinga which is 20 km to the north. Our sign is about 3 km from the Tropic of Capricorn sign on the main N11 to Beira.
A high axle vehicle, with diff lock is required in order to reach the lodge. The chalets are not self-catering; you have a cook at your disposal that will prepare the food you have brought with you and will do the dishes.
