Pros- Very nice and helpful host (and his dogs)- Large room, lots of space- Easy road and town accessCons- Facilities very basic, especially for the price (though it was peak season)- Cleanliness was so-so (sheets were not changed from prior stay, but host and cleaning staff apologized and seemed genuinely surprised)
