We were kindly upgraded into a self catering chalet, which was well appointed - even under-floor heating - and the breakfast was really tastey.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hosts were great and not intrusive, and the gardens are well maintained. The proximity to town was also convenient.

My mom and I escaped to Clarens for a quiet getaway and had the most wonderful time. Millpond House was exactly what we needed with the outstanding hospitality and beautiful accommodation. We look forward to the next possible moment when we can return again!

A very well run establishment, all the finer detail are thought of, especially in the cottages. The hosts were easy to get on with. Will certainly return.
