It is immersed within the rugged beauty of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park and is the ideal option for nature enthusiasts visiting this part of Botswana.The camp offers nine canvas tents to guests, which are nestled in thorny branches away from wandering wildlife. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with an additional authentic outside bucket shower. These tents have clear panels which not only let in plenty of natural light, but also offer undisturbed views of the bordering Boteti River. Guests can relax on their veranda while drinking in the views of the surrounding area. The rock pool also offers breathtaking vistas. A visit to this beautiful part of the country would not be complete without a safari. As the sun wakes up, guests can experience a morning guided walk to enjoy unique game-viewing opportunities. Visitors can revel in a game drive along the river while having a picnic lunch. As evening turns this camp into a golden oasis, guests can delight in a boat cruise along the river. which is a perfect chance to watch the roaming wildlife come for a drink of water before night falls. Guests can then enjoy a scrumptious dinner while experiencing a bushveld sunset, followed by some out of this world star gazing under the African night sky. From June through October view the Great Zebra Migration and watch as thousands of zebra make there way past the camp. During these drier months guests staying three nights or longer can also enjoy Salt Pan Sleep-out under the African night sky, an experience not to be missed.
Safari: Guests can enjoy game drives, boat trips & guided walks. All while appreciating the views & the surrounding wildlife. Enjoy the sights as thousands of zebra make there was past the camp for the annual migration between the months of June and October.
The balance of payment is due at least six weeks before the arrival date. Please use the enquiry number as reference when making the payment. Proof of this needs to be emailed to reservations after payment is made. They will then confirm that they have received it.
