Important Information
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* Rates are per person sharing per night, and inclusive of 12% Botswana VAT and dinner, bed, lunch and breakfast.
* Accommodation is based on Twin beds, each with en-suite/private bathroom facilities as described.
* Rates EXCLUDE BWP10 per person per night Government bed levy. This is a compulsory charge, and added to your invoice, and is prepaid. (Bed levy is applicable for both accommodation and campsites).
* Rates include emergency medical evacuation insurance, but it is compulsory for guests to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance that covers evacuation and medical treatment in a private medical facility.
* Rates exclude all drinks, gratuities, personal items, and curio shop purchases. There are cash bars at all camps.
* Moremi Park fees are excluded for all transfers that utilize the Park.
* All guests are required to sign an indemnity at check-in, or at the start of a tour or activity.
* Rates are subject to increases should the VAT or Government taxes increase.
IMPORTANT:
We require a minimum of 4 persons to confirm a road transfer or Moremi game drive. However, these are not private services, and other guests may join your guests on a transfer or activity.
