Check-in time is from 14h00 and check-out time is by 11h00 unless prior arrangement has been made. Suites are allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed. We require 50% deposit of the total stay, on confirmation, and the outstanding amount of the total stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should we receive no response from you by the above date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Reservations that are made on the day of arrival that are not guaranteed will be released at 14h00.
