Loader St Magical Home is a delightful two-bedroom cottage, with spectacular views of the harbour and Table Mountain, that offers modern and luxurious city living. The cottage is located in De Waterkant which has a magical and vibrant village atmosphere and is right on the doorstep to the trendy café lifestyle of Cape Town. It is close to museums, the Company Gardens, Parliament, and the trendy Long Street shops, restaurants and clubs.
This delightful cottage comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed made up with 100 percent cotton linen and white towels, as well as an en suite with a shower, basin and toilet. This room has its own balcony overlooking the Cape Town Harbour. The large comfy second bedroom contains a double bedroom, and its own bathroom with a full bath.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The cottage boasts a wonderful entertainment dining room. The stylish lounge features a TV with full DStv, and is the ideal place to relax. The lounge opens onto a small garden overlooking the Cape Town Harbour. There is also a gas braai area on the patio in the garden. There is an upstairs balcony with stunning views of Table Mountain, which is a great place to sit and enjoy sundowners. Secure parking is provided.
