Livingstone Villa says: A cleaning fee is charged before you book in. This cleaning fee is to clean the house after you have left. We do a full clean of the property after and before each guest check-in. Daily cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost. Corona virus We clean with disinfectant before you arrive. Please e-mail me: 1. How many people are you? 2. What will your estimated arrival time be? Arrival time is from 14:00 pm. 3. What will your departure time be? Please arrange with Matilda on matilda@peakmanagement.co.za / +27836802091 After paying your full amount you will get an arrival letter with sensitive info on it. I send that just before you book in. If you did not get it just sms me +27836802091. Pool Please be aware there is a small splash pool of 1.2m deep? Please do not leave children or animals unattended. It is not heated but there are sun panels. If it is a sunny day the pool’s water will be warmer! There are balustrades around the pool on the balcony but it has holes that a small child can easily climb through. The pool is 8 meters above ground level. Amazing sea views! Steps There are steep stairs to climb to get to the house so please be sure you are physically able to do so. Garden There is a small private garden, however the house is situated on a slope, so the garden is not flat and is multi- leveled. Sea views are spectacular!
