The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with full DStv package. The studio apartment has a private, fenced courtyard with beautiful sea views and braai facilities. A complimentary, non-alcoholic drink is supplied on arrival.
The area is very safe and there is a neighbourhood watch, as well as the Melkbos police making regular drive-bys. The studio apartment is approximately 120 meters from the beach with a private pathway exclusively accessible by locals and guests. Laundry services are 3 blocks away, as well as public transport.
