About Linaria Beach House
This is the perfect home for family getaways or just a breakaway.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with showers. The main bedroom is en-suite with his and hers basins. There is a TV in the main bedroom as well as a patio door with a view of the beach. There is a large lounge and dining room with two flat screens, and DStv is available with a full bouquet of channels. A braai is built into the dining area with a prep bowel next to the fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with scullery and there are microwaves in both the kitchen and scullery. Washing machine and tumble dryer in scullery as well as a double bowl zinc, and plenty of cupboard space for groceries. There is a double automated garage with plenty of parking outside as well.
Attractions in the area include Cape Columbine Lighthouse, Blombosch 4x4 Nature Trail, and Wine Tasting at Darling Cellars.
-Additional refundable breakage deposit of R1500.00 payable in cash on arrival.
-Breakage deposit will be refunded 1-2 weeks after departure(as soon as house is cleaned and checked).
-Extra cleaning fee of R400.00 payable in cash on arrival.
-Guest must follow house rules.
