Important Information
By confirming your booking you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, understand all it contains and accept it unreservedly.
GENERAL
• A vehicle will be waiting for the guests at the Main Gate of Welgevonden Game Reserve from 11:00 -11:30 and will transfer them to the lodge. A secured parking on site is provided.
• All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
• Laluka Safari Lodge shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of any property whether belonging to the client or any of the Guests, nor shall Laluka Safari Lodge be responsible for any personal injury which may be sustained by any Guests.
• Game drives are done sharing an open safari vehicle; for a private vehicle please contact us for rates & availability
BOOKINGS & RATES
• All rates are in Rand per person, sharing a room per night. Laluka Safari Lodge reserves the right to change the rates at any stage.
• All guests will be required to settle their accounts for extras on departure day. This can be done by credit card or paid in cash (we accept Euro, US Dollars, Pounds & Rand).
THE RATES INCLUDE:
• Accommodation in a suite
• All meals, tea & coffee daily
• Two game drives daily
• Nature walks accompanied by professional rangers

• Transfer from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate to Laluka Safari Lodge from 11:00 to 11:30 on arrival day
• Transfer from Laluka Safari Lodge to Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate at 10:30 on departure day
THE RATES EXCLUDE:
• Early morning and late afternoon departures
• Spa treatments
• Laluka Safari Lodge Boutique purchases
• Photographic studio sessions & canvas printing
• Premium Brand Beverages, cigars & cigarettes
• Transfer to and from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate
• Conservation Levy of the Welgevonden Game Reserve (R151 per person, per night)
• Gratuities
• Private vehicle
• Transfer to and from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate to Laluka Safari Lodge outside of the normal hours included in the rates
*The credit card used to make the booking needs to be present at check-in as well as a copy of the owner's ID/passport.
