About Kwamdoni Unit 3
KwaMdoni Unit 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a three-bedroom unit situated in the KwaMdoni complex in Zinkwazi Beach. The complex is located opposite a public park, and is within close proximity to beach.
The unit can accommodate seven guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an open-plan lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, stove, fridge, and also features a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, and is equipped with television. Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card.
The lower floor leads out onto a veranda with patio furniture, and guests have access to braai facilities, a communal swimming pool, and parking for two vehicles. The complex is secure with a fence, gates and walls. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and lagoon, which is an estuary of the Zinkwazi River.
There is an cleaning fee of R600 plus admin fee of R200 per booking, that is not including in the daily rates.
Refundable breakage deposit of R 1000. (This is payable directly to KwaMdoni Unit 3)
All linen provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels.
