About Kruger Cottage
We welcome you to Kruger Cottage which is a charming thatched house in a unique area of the earth. The cottage is located in Marloth Park, nestled against the south edge of the Kruger National Park. Nature watching opportunities abound in Marloth Park which has no fences, allowing game animals to roam freely.Kruger Cottage is a private, self-catering house that comfortably sleeps six to eight guests. There is an open-plan living area and a vaulted thatch roof which form a comfortable common area that connects to a covered verandah with a splash pool and outdoor barbecue. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Tiled floors throughout the house lead you to the verandah and pool where you can listen to the sounds of the hippos grunting in the river, the hooting of the owls and other wildlife as you enjoy the evening from the comfort of Kruger Cottage.The Crocodile River is a short ~150 m walk from Kruger Cottage and it allows you an elevated view of all of the wildlife gathering at the water's edge. Take a morning walk or drive with a coffee cup in hand, bring your camera and binoculars and even a folding chair and be ready to see an amazing variety of bird life, as well as an abundance of larger animals.Marloth Park has its own local village with restaurants, a pub with big screen TV, large swimming pool, filling station, laundry (self-serve or pay by the kg), liquor stores, butcher, home-baked goods, and two mini supermarkets for essential items.The house is professionally cleaned once a week.

Family friendly: The spacious open-plan layout is great for gathering / hanging out (and those preparing meals won’t get left out!) The covered verandah a relaxing place to enjoy the passing wildlife, or supervise the children while they’re enjoying the splash pool.
Romantic: There is a soaker tub in the master suite. Bring some rose petals and champagne and you've got the makings of a lovely romantic evening!
Kruger Cottage is self-catering, so please plan to bring groceries and supplies with you.
Linens and bath towels are provided, however guests are asked to please bring their own swimming towels. The house is professionally cleaned once a week.
The refundable breakage/key deposit is R500.00.
