About Kleinzee 3rd Avenue

Set along the coast, the little town of Kleinzee offers a beautiful West Coast holiday destination. It is also home to Diamonds ‘n Daisies, a private house conveniently located in the main street of Kleinzee, and a great option for groups or families visiting this scenic part of the Northern Cape.

This fully furnished house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The living space has a lounge with a sleeper couch, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen for all of your self-catering needs. The property also has a large garden for children to play in.

Guests can spend their days exploring this area by visiting neigbouring towns like Port Nolloth and Hondeklip Bay. During lobster season guests can try to catch lobster themselves (remember that you need a permit!), and during the flower season guests can explore scenic destinations like the Skilpad Wildflower Reserve or the Namaqua National Park. And if you don’t feel like driving, you can always relax and enjoy a round of golf on the beautiful 9 hole golf course of Kleinzee, or just take a stroll over the golf course to go and explore the endless stretches of sea and sand.

Remember to read up on the history of Kleinzee, as it used to be a mining town that only recently opened its gates to the general public. But be sure not to miss the opportunity to explore this part of our beautiful country!

Family friendly: The lounge has a children's corner with a blackboard and seating. There is also a spacious garden.

That being said Klienzee is NOT a destination for fishing. From the locals acting as if tourists are aliens to the total absence of restaurants or pubs we could only be content at the place we booked to stay. Defnitly not a place to go to for a holiday!!!

The accommodation was perfect. The house was clean and very neat. The decor was very nice. We where three families with five children and everybody stayed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to other people. Thanks Yolandi and Denise!

We stayed 2 nights here. The rooms are comfortable, except one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The house is fully equipped with everything that you need. There is a nice porch with a braai area which is nice to sit and relax at. The town is really small and doesn't have many shops to buy food etc. The Crazy Crayfish is definitely a place to go for dinner and drinks, Natalie and Theuns are very friendly, the combo meal is a winner. Also worth a visit is the angling club for a great view.

We were very dissapointed ,so much that we did not even stay there. Front door as well as sitting room had holes in it. The worst howeever was the smell of old /new tobacco that was disgusting. Please don't fool anybody again and delete this off your list of property's as a holiday destination !!!  There is also no access to the sea directly from Kleinzee ????
