About Kimi's Self-Catering Guest Cottage

Kimi's Cottage is situated in the true heart of the Cape Winelands with world renowned wine farms such as Vrede en Lust, Backsberg, Glen Carlou and Ruperts and Rothschild all situated less than 5km away.

The cottage accommodates 4 guests in the 2 bedrooms, main with en-suite and additional room with twin single beds. It can accommodate up to 6 guests upon request where additional mattresses will be supplied with bedding and towels. Kimi's Cottage is located on a secured small holding with under-roof parking and is fully equipped with DStv Premium, Free WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a wash-line, 5 plate gas stove with electric oven, and infrared oven. It is also equipped with general kitchen appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We also provide all cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, braai (BBQ) equipment, bedding and towels, as well as hot-water bottles.

Kimi's Cottage is wheelchair friendly, although there is one single step dividing the living room and kitchen. We unfortunately don't allow any pets as we have our own.

Family friendly: The cottage is entirely open plan so keeping an eye on the chilldren no matter where they are. The yard is totally secure so safe for playing outside. The open dam is also fenced off to keep the little ones safe.

Romantic: For the romantics: there's a stunning bath big enough for 2, a cosy inside fireplace, crystal wine/bubbly glasses, DStv cozy couches & a large hedge surrounding the cottage providing total privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimi's cottage over 2 nights. The cottage is beautifully furnished and ideally situated for the wedding we attended at Vrede and Lust. All necessities are thought of, and Kimi is a welcoming, warm host. Establishments response:Thank you for sharing time with us.
