Our stay was awesome, lots of space and no short comings. With arrival we got a warm welcome from Rosane. I will definately recomend to all that want to stayover in Kaapsehoop.

This accommodation is very well appointed and has everything one needs for a self catering visit. It is well located within walking distance of some restaurants. The hostess, Rozann, is very friendly and helpful. The only thing we disliked was when we lit a fire, the chalet became very smoke filled. We would not do that again even though we would enjoy visiting there again in the future.

Kaapchehoop is such a beautiful quaint little village and one of South Africa's best kept secrets! This is the second time that we've stayed at Karin's Kaia and we will definitely be back. The house is comfortable, has everything that we need and is ideally located in the quiet side of the village with a beautiful view. It's always a treat when the wild horses come right to the house to say hello! Rozann was once again a wonderful hostess who provided us with fire wood every day and also gave us charcoal and a weber when we wanted to braai. After 4 days of R&R we feel regenerated and relaxed....

Dear RozanneWe had a wonderful two days at Karin's Kaia earlier this week. It's a gorgeous chalet, spacious, yet cozy. We so enjoyed the fire-place as it was pretty cold on both nights there. Thank you very much to Rozanne for the extra wood! a very thoughtful gesture. We dined with our local friends at Karin's Kaia as it was so well equipped. It's a lovely location too, very quiet. The bed downstairs was comfortable and we were very snug with the lovely duvet. We'll tell all our friends about this venue, and hope to visit again soon, this year.Kind regardsClaudine and Graham
