J101 Waterstone is a luxury self-catering holiday apartment located in a modern, upmarket complex next to Intaka Island Wetlands in Century City. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with large patios and decks overlooking landscaped canals, with Table Mountain in the distance.
It is centrally located close to all amenities and boasts amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a full range of crockery and cutlery. Uncapped fibre internet has recently been installed at the unit.
Birdsong and lapping water will provide the soundtrack to your life at Waterstone West. As you come home to the tranquility of this secure, water’s edge development, feel the stresses and strains of work drain away. As you unwind taking a stroll along the waterfront, take your time to decide whether you’re in the mood for a paddle around Intaka Island in your kayak, a run along the measured track down to the new Virgin Active gym, or perhaps a leisurely walk down to Canal Walk for a bite to eat and a movie. As for the weekend, bring on those long, lazy afternoons around the garden patio as the lingering sunset fans the sky behind Signal Hill into a blaze of glorious colour. This is the Waterstone way of life.

A R1000 refundable deposit is required per booking and will be refunded within seven working days of your departure. There is also a non-refundable fee of R450 for departure cleanup payable.
We charge R300 for a late meet-and-greet for check-ins between 18:00 and 06:00 on weekdays, and on weekends after 17:30. Airport transfer costs are R450 one way.
The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.
Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.
Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.
The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore recommended.
Although we at the agency pride ourselves in providing accommodation, that adheres to reputable safety standards, all visitors and guests, should hereby take note and accept that should they not use the facility as indicated or in any other circumstances improper fashion, for instance, strolling from the normal pathways, accidents may occur. Neither the managing agent, nor its staff or employees will accept liability for any injury to or damage of property belonging to any visitor or guest, if such, injury or damage to property caused by any circumstances without its reasonable control. This includes any consequential damages caused as a result of such injury or damage to property.
Please store all valuable items in the rented property safe or any other secure facility as the managing agent will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of visitors or guests, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the Business’s reasonable control.
