Situated in the delightful, quiet and peaceful conservancy village of Mtunzini you will find Hunters B&B. This gem boasts five en-suite luxury double rooms as well as a four-sleeper self-catering cottage. All rooms have a private entrance, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, DStv, honesty fridge, coffee and tea tray, high-quality linen and towels.
A large pool, with bar and braai entertainment area, secure off street parking and well kept forest garden make this the ideal place to get away from it all. Breakfast is served, continental with full English, on our wonderful shaded veranda, which, with the sound and view of the sea, and some of our more than 350 bird species keeping you company, makes for the most peaceful breakfast you have ever had.
Mtunzini has 40 km of unspoilt beach, the uMlalazi river lagoon is ideal for boating, canoeing, skiing, fishing, indigenous forests, great hiking and biking trails. The Raphia Palm Monument is home to the very rare Palm Nut Vulture, and the area is a bird watchers' paradise.
Safari: Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve is about 90 minutes drive away.
