About House Freesia
House Freesia is a double-storey log home situated just 50 m from the Brenton on Sea cliffs and a lovely walk along Fisherman’s Walk. Brenton on Sea Main Beach and our local restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner are just 1 km away. Knysna Town Centre is only a 15-minute drive away.
The home has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge which is tastefully decorated and opens onto the large front wooden deck. It offers a wood-burning Jetmaster fireplace for the cooler evenings and a TV with DStv channels, a DVD player and CD player.
The second balcony leads out from the kitchen and offers a wonderful cosy nook to sit and enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The laundry room offers a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Linen and bath towels are provided, but please supply your own swimming or beach towels. The house is not serviced so please let us know if we can arrange a cleaning service during your stay.

A key and breakage deposit is required and will be refunded, less any deductions if applicable, within 7 days from departure. We regret that we do not offer credit card facilities. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer. The accommodation is not serviced during your stay but will be serviced prior to your arrival and on departure. A cleaning service can be arranged at your request. A cleaning surcharge of up to R400 shall be deducted from the refundable breakage and security deposit should the tenants not leave the property in a reasonable condition, or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
Lessees shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
House Freesia, for itself, its employees and agents, shall not be liable to the lessee or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way connected with the rental. If the property which the lessee has booked becomes unavailable or unusable for some reason, beyond our control, prior to the date of a booking, then the owner/agent of House Freesia obligation will be to use their best endeavour to find a suitable alternative property, or failing which, to reimburse the lessee for all monies paid.
The owner and agents shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance. Rentals commence, unless otherwise notified, from 14h00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10h00 am on the day of departure. No pets are permitted at this property without prior permission. The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated on the confirmation. The owner and agent reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed. Indecent, disrespectful behaviour that might cause discomfort and embarrassment to neighbours will not be tolerated. The owner and agent reserve the right to address the lessee and/or their visitors regarding such behaviour and may ask for immediate vacation and departure, with no refunds.
