Hello Home for 6:
This extra spacious house is newly renovated and fully self-catering and offers a perfect getaway for six guests in three separate bedrooms each offering its own en - suite bathroom.
Options are available to enjoy the house as a Bed and Breakfast facility if needed, at an extra cost.

This newly refurbished gem is located just one kilometres from the N1 highway, and just five minutes drive from Tygerberg Hospital, the Cape Eye Hospital and Louis Leipoldt Medi Clinic. The Karl Bremer Hospital is within walking distance. Located just 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, this beautiful house gives you easy access to all the best and most wonderful places Cape Town has to offer.

The closest mall is Tygervalley, which is only seven minutes drive away and Century City - Canal Walk which is only a 15 minute drive. The house offers an extra large kitchen with a large lounge with a SMART TV. The beautifully decorated dining room offers a dining table for six guests. Hello Home for 2 is a cosy, newly renovated self-catering unit, located next door to another Hello Home Property and is perfect for a couple or single guest.

The unit offers a large open plan bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a bonus point is the washing machine.

Outside the bedroom is a little private terrace with a table and two chairs.

Secure parking is provided on-site behind a gate.
