About Green Point Studio Two

Green Point Studio Two is a cosy renovated and comfortably furnished open-plan studio that sleeps four. The apartment offers self-catering holiday accommodation between Green Point and Sea Point in the small suburb of Three Anchor Bay. Although it is centrally situated, it enjoys a quiet position that is removed from traffic and urban noise.

The living area has an open-plan design with a king-size and two single beds, modern kitchen and lounge. The bathroom includes a walk in shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, granite counter tops and all cutlery and crockery. The very social open-plan dining area forms part of the kitchen counter and has four bar stools. The sitting area faced the kitchen and has a TV with local channels. Ample storage is provided in a built-in wardrobe.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and it is serviced once a week. The iconic Sea Point Promenade is within walking distance.
