Beds have quality linen, electric blankets, and additional blankets for those really chilly nights.

Gentle Presence is thought to have been the stables of a larger farm where farmers gathered for Nagmaal (Holy Communion) and if they did not have their own ox-wagon they would stay in the stables. Due to the exceptional views of the Rooiberge including Mt Horeb and the Malutis, the home was originally given the name Kyk Die Berge in the 1960’s. At the time it was the 1st and only multi-story structure in Clarens and the locals affectionately called it “Die Flets”. We would love to share it's heritage with you.

Golden Gate is about 18km's away and we are a mere 300mtrs from the town square, Clarens Brewery and a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants and art galleries.
