Following an availability check, reservations must be made in writing to us via the Safarinow message and quote option, they will provide you with a confirmation invoice for payment. Once confirmed, all reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions below:

Deposit:
The provision of services by Fuchsia B&B in George is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, fuchsia B&B will refund the client in full within 7 days.
A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of your reservation. (PLEASE NO CASH TRANSFERS, if you insist on cash transfer instead of EFT the additional banking fees will be charged to your account in cash upon arrival, also any additional transfer costs, from other currencies/countries, will be charged to the guest in cash upon arrival).
If booked within 1-7 days prior to arrival a full 100% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking. Only after the funds cleared in our bank account the reservation will be confirmed.
Reservations without a 50% (100% within 7 days) deposit payment and proof of payment are not confirmed bookings and will be declined upon arrival. The remaining 50% is strictly due on arrival.
During Peak season (10 December – 10 January) and Easter weekend, we require full pre-payment.
For group bookings a 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of your reservation, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any modifications i.e. room changes, number of guests travelling should be communicated 30 days prior to arrival.
Accommodation prices are single or per person sharing per night.

Payment:
Cash and EFT payments are accepted. Accommodation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and cleared in our bank account.
