Refundable Breakage deposit - R 2,000.00
Admin fee - R 1,000.00
Departure Clean - R650.00
These charges are billed directly to the client with the final balance and are payable via EFT prior to arrival.

4. Administration fee of R1000 per booking, includes DSTV, pre-paid electricity, ammenities, meet & greet etc. This will also be charged separately
5. Daily cleaning is optional and will be charged separately.
6. Must climb stairs - Double Story Home.
7. Security Deposit - A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is charged & must be paid seperately via EFT prior to arrival. This is refunded in full upon departure provided there are no damages or breakages incurred during your stay.
8.Upon reciept of the breakage deposit, paid directly via EFT, 1 week prior to arrival - We will release access documentation & key collection detail.
