Sandy is a very sweet, friendly host but the cottages were really not what I expected. They need a lot of work and are really shabby

This is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. The cottages are rustic and have fine views over the river and sea. Very nice and friendly hosts who are willing to help in any way. Also enjoyed a few beers at the lively bar.

A little run down and a wicked dirt road, BUT a wonderful view of the sea and listening to the waves was worth it.

I cannot remember the last time I relaxed this much! Ferry Point Cottages is not just a holiday destination, it's a place that becomes part of you and you become part of the family. Never before have I had such amazing hosts. We spent 6 days in this special place, but we have made friends for life! We will be going back there for our honeymoon in July! Can't wait! The accommodation is as down to earth and real as the owners and staff members. For a memorable experience in a rustic setting that blends in with nature, this is the place to be! Just be prepared to be sad when you have to leave!

Not at all good wouldn't recommend for anybody who is looking to spend a long holiday at the sea.
