About Farmhouse Lodge

The Farmhouse Lodge is situated 3 minutes from the centre of the town of Newcastle in magnificent park like surroundings. We are an ideal stopover between Kruger Park and the KwaZulu-Natal Coast. A total of 31 guests can be accommodated in a combination of 14 air-conditioned family, twin and double rooms. We serve a delicious breakfast which will keep you going for the day.

The Farmhouse Lodge also offers a fully licensed, secure parking, dinners on request, pool, laundry facilities, satellite TV in guest lounge with open fire place, braai facilities and internet connection.

We are in close proximity of Newcastle mall, which is situated about 500 m from us, golf courses, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and the Blackrock Casino, which is 300 m away. We had a one night stop over and were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and service. Very comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. Excellent value.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, breakfast was delicious, will definitely stay here again if I come through Newcastle again. Staff were very friendly and service was good.

You wont get better. We stayed for 4 days in a family room. A lot of space and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely and more than enought for the three hungry men in my family...the surroundings are so peaceful..real value for money...The owners take real proud in what they offer to the public.
