Not even tea/coffee in the room. No fridge. No air conditioner, let alone a simple fan. The policy to pay R100 to use a simple iron is horandous. Who carries cash around these days. So I left without ironing because I came with an Uber, so I had no chance of getting the R100🙄🙄 the bed was very hard and th area is noisy even after 11pm
