Situated in the peaceful seaside suburb of Dwarskersbos in the Western Cape, Dwarskers Retreat offers families and large groups a quiet stay and a relaxing holiday.

This spacious house has three comfortably furnished bedrooms, of which one is ideal for children. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for all your self-catering needs. There is also a spacious open-plan living room which leads out onto the indoor braai area.

Guests can spend their days unwinding in the lovely garden, or by making use of the communal swimming pool. The beach is also just a short distance away and is the ideal space to appreciate the beautiful surroundings while relaxing on white sandy shores.

The unit was average and not as clean as we wanted it to be. Bedding was clean, but the cutlery and crockery needed some attention and we had to wash before we could use it.The unit was comfortable but it seems like they are still busy with renovations as the cupboards in one of the bedrooms, hallway and some in the kitchen did not have doors. The unit needs some maintenance. The toilet in the one bedroom was leaking and we refrained to make use of it because of water being spoiled on the floor.The location was good, but improvement is necessary.Value for money was acceptable due to us maki...

We were disappointed as the pool area was closed, at no time during the booking process was this mentioned to us. (Pool area for complex across the street was open.) We specifically booked here because of the pool area. It is still advertised on Safarinow as having a pool area. So BEWARE.Space was not clean.Showers did not work at all... but bath and basin pressure was perfect- this did not make any sense with regards to water restrictions and reduction in water pressure. This was reason given when I queried it with owner.Oven was broken,it did not work at all. Owner said he was not aware...
