About Disa South Shore D64

Disa South Shore D64 is a lovely self-catering apartment, situated in a security complex in Fish Hoek. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, train station, Silvermine Nature Reserve, restaurants and shops.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, an open-plan living area and a veranda with a Weber braai. There is secure off-street parking for one vehicle.

Washing machine installed.

Clovelly Country Club is only a couple of minutes’ drive away for some golfing. There is a communal swimming pool within the complex. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped, including all linen and towels. The railway line runs between the complex and the beach area and is a unique feature of this part of the coastline.

There is a flat screen HD ready TV which is wired for DSTV, however you would need to bring your own DSTV decoder and card to plug in.

Important Information

For Peak Season bookings, the total rental due must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled. A breakage and key deposit equivalent to 2 days rental and payable on arrival in cash. This amount is refundable into your nominated account or credit card within five days of your departure, if everything is in good order. A once of exit cleaning fee of between R325 to R750 is payable depending on the size of the unit. This covers the cost of cleaning the apartment and laundering all linen on your departure. Should a cleaning service be required, then that can be arranged at a separate tariff for your account. Certain properties have a daily service included in the price. This will be specified on the specifications of certain properties. No late arrivals after office hours or public holidays will be entertained unless by prior arrangement in writing with Starlet. A late arrival fee for pre-arranged arrivals after 18h00 of R250 will be charged. For late arrivals that have not been pre-arranged, a late arrival fee of R400 will be charged. It must be noted that all apartments are privately owned with no staff in attendance so it is necessary to pre-arrange staff in order to meet you and book you in after hours. see more
