Beautiful, recently renovated and rebuilt top floor apartment overlooking Fish Hoek Beach. Amazing views. Fully furnished and equipped including all linen and towels. Relax on the patio which leads off from the lounge and suntan, have your sundowners or merely watch the ocean. Walking distance to shopping district, supermarkets, restaurants and main bathing beach. This is an ideal holiday home sleeping four and very spacious.

Main bedroom with luxury queen size bed, sitting area with direct sea views. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and mountain and garden views. Bathroom 1 with shower, toilet and basin. Bathroom 2 with shower, bath, toilet and basin. Open plan Lounge, Dining area and very modern well equipped Kitchen. Scullery with washing machine. Color TV DStv Satellite, fully serviced. Lock up garage. Braai facility available.

Note: Approx 60 steps from street level to entrance so not suitable for persons with walking disabilities.

For Peak Season bookings, the total rental due must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled. For bookings out of Peak Season, the total rental due must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled. A breakage and key deposit equivalent to 2 days rental and payable on arrival in cash. This amount is refundable into your nominated account or credit card within five days of your departure, if everything is in good order. A once of exit cleaning fee of between R325 to R750 is payable depending on the size of the unit. This covers the cost of cleaning the apartment and laundering all linen on your departure. Should a cleaning service be required, then that can be arranged at a separate tariff for your account. Certain properties have a daily service included in the price. This will be specified on the specifications of certain properties. No late arrivals after office hours or public holidays will be entertained unless by prior arrangement in writing with Starlet. A late arrival fee for pre-arranged arrivals after 18h00 of R250 will be charged. For late arrivals that have not been pre-arranged, a late arrival fee of R400 will be charged. It must be noted that all apartments are privately owned with no staff in attendance so it is necessary to pre-arrange staff in order to meet you and book you in after hours. see more

      This is the second time we have stayed at Disa beach. The unit is beautiful! Large, airy, sunny,clean, comfortable, a home away from home! Close to everything with a view to take your breath away!! Not an easy place to leave!!

      Spent an amazing 5 days at Disa - Beach Lookout. The accommodation is great, nothing lacking - and the views are absolutely amazing and worth the walk up all the stairs every time. Close to the beach walk, and everything in walking distance. Highly recommend this fantastic spot!
