A coat of paint would spruce it up.

Prince Albert is a really beautiful town matched by its people. Thank you Diane Die Stal is A real gem. It's was spotlessly clean, very cool in the heat and a pleasure to stay over. The Mozzie net is needed and if I can suggest a slightly larger one if possible.

Situated in a really charming road. Was a little cold and draughty otherwise pleasant.
