My experience with Desert oasis was very bad ,the managers there we unfaithful and they blamed it ti Safarinow.I booked for 18 peaple, paid deposit of those people ,suprisingly when my people arrive there they were told that Safarinow had double boked the rooms therefore they are unable to accommodate the 18 people. We had to run around and look for another place.I was so disappointed and angry as one of the ladies there was rude when addressing the issue.Surely i will never ever again book at their place.

the place is not up to standard shame I booked 2 bedrooms and to my surprise both rooms had broken beds, geyser was not working water was very cold and when we complained we were told that the geyser is far that's why water is cold, they had broken cupboards in one room, if you want tea you had to go and ask them in their kitchen, I won't go there ever again

Bloody rip of. Left as soon as we got there. Promoting that place on this site should be criminal. The owner is rude and should not be allowed to do business anywhere in SA.

Although the room was nice it short of towels and toilet paper. No additional blanket only on request per deposit of R200. The facility should include card payment systems
