Everything was clean but definately needs a makeover. I've stayed at three places b4 in Riebeeck Kasteel for less with tv and breakfast.

We were grateful to be accommodated at the last minute due to a double booking. Our stay was pleasant enough at the newer premises next to the main house. The 3 modern bathrooms were a bonus. Snags were the front door which was very difficult to open and with heavy rain the ceiling in the one bedroom leaked, probably due to a blocked gutter.Suggestions; a welcome booklet with detail of the accommodation and what the village can offer.Extra blankets for winter stays.
