About Curiocity Durban
Housed in the historic 1930 Union Style building, Ambassador House. Centrally located at the Rivertown Triangle on 55 Monty Naicker Road, just a walk from popular destinations like North Beach, Durban Convention Centre and Warwick Junction. We have incorporated innovative design, influenced by Durban's heritage, history and aesthetics.
The hostel has a wide range of en-suite private rooms and shared dormitories, including yoga facilities, outdoor cinema, chill-out lounge spaces and The Laundry Bar.
Durban provides a glimpse into South Africa's multi-cultural history, with its vibrant Zulu culture, and visible Indian and colonial influences. The beach is hugely important to locals, as watersports enthusiasts and sunbathers lap up the ever-present rays of sunshine.
Beach: The property is just a few minutes from the Durban beachfront.
