The house can be rented as a whole on a self-catering basis for up to 18 guests; an additional R200 when over 16 people requested. Guests must enquire about the house rate.
Nestled between the tranquil Sandbaai shoreline and the towering Fynbos covered Onrust Mountains, this modern and sophisticated property is perfectly situated in an area unsurpassed in its natural beauty. This fully equipped house offers luxurious open-plan living. The expansive living area leads out onto a large wrap-around balcony, which offers stunning views overlooking the ocean. The main balcony is extremely spacious with wonderful sea views to watch the amazing Crimson sunsets and is an excellent area to enjoy all your meals during the summer months.
Two sun-loungers are provided for those who enjoy lazing the days away in the warm African sun. There is an outside table provided and is equipped with two Webber braai’s, perfect for cooking the local crayfish as the Sandbaai skies turn crimson in the evening and the sun goes down over the ocean. There is also a second floor balcony, which offers an unobstructed view of the local area. The living area is spacious with elegant décor. This Living Room is open-plan joining both the kitchen and dining area’s. There is an indoor fireplace in living room, which, when used, gives the room a warm, cosy feeling during the winter months. The glass fold-up doors, which run along two of the walls of this area, can be folded out, turning this living room into one large, open sea-facing area. The views from the living room are spectacular. The kitchen boasts a modern feel and is well equipped to suit your every culinary need. A central work area with allows for eating in the kitchen or just giving those cooking some company. All common cooking utensils and appliances are present. The kitchen is bright and spacious and there is easy access to the main balcony for the serving of meals on the outside table.
Beach: Crimson Views is a 3 minutes walk away from an underpopulated beach along a quiet part of town so the family really gets to escape the busy side of the general Hermanus area's while enjoying their time off.
Invoices are valid for 7 calendar days but dates are only provisionally held for 48hrs. Bookings are not confirmed unless a 50% deposit & proof of payment, signed booking form & Copy of ID are received. EFT payments only please. A R40 cash transfer fee will be charged per cash payment. Deductable from deposit.

A refundable R2000 breakage deposit will be held & returned upon agreement of loss incurred due to damage by the renting party.
There is an additional R350 for post stay cleaning fee. The settlement amount of the invoice is required 7 days prior to commencement of stay.
Crimson views is leased at the tenants own risk. Should any loss or injury occur during your stay, Crimson views and its related parties will accept no liability or responsibility? Crimson views reserves the right to terminate stays of tenants who do not follow the house rules.
Book in time: 2pm onwards. Check out: 10am. Alternative times must be arranged with management.
All prices are Vat incl. Tenants will be met at the house by a representative. Please let management know what time you expect to be arriving. DSTV is available at the house but there is only a limited bouquet contract. Should you want to bring your own decoder and card you may do so but at your own risk in case of any lightning damage etc. The sound system wire and connections are not to be adjusted whatsoever. Should this be the case the guest will be charged for a call out of a technician to re-instate wires to their original settings (R450.00). This is a professional system and should not be abused.
A room is retained for on-site management, which may or may not be on site through the duration of your stay.
House Rules: In the event of any malfunction @ crimson Views During a stay please contact Ryan & Lisa. Noise is to be kept to a minimum and Music is to be played at a volume respectful to the neighbouring houses. Continued disruptions to surrounding neighbours will result in further action being taken by the owners. Any breakages or damage to movable and immovable property will be billed against the breakages deposit.
Should there be damage that is more serious; the booking tenant will be billed for the outstanding amount. Use of the pool is at the guests own discretion, CMI takes no responsibility for Loss, damage or injury. The pool motor settings are not to be adjusted whatsoever. No interior house towels are to be used at the beach or pool. Please supply your own outdoor towels. Damaged towels will be charged for.
Noise control regulations: Please do not Play a radio, television set, drum, sound amplifier, loudspeaker system or similar device producing, reproducing or amplifying sound so as to cause a noise nuisance, with particular attention being given to the hours between the hours of 24h00 and 08h00. Strictly no smoking allowed in the house! Should you smoke in the house you will forfeit your deposit.
Please note over and above all quotes, a refundable breakage fee of R2000.00 will be asked, as well as a post-clean charge of R450.
